Job Summary
Design, develop, and troubleshoot Workday Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, and Composite Reports for clients. Lead planning, prioritization, design, development, and deployment of Workday reporting projects. Deeply understand Workday Benefits, Payroll, Compensation and HCM domains, leveraging business knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver results, take ownership of individual and team outcomes, and communicate effectively to influence peers. Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams while upholding organizational values.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Reporting
- Hands-on experience developing Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports
- Good knowledge of Report security
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
