Job Summary
Lead complex Workday Recruiting implementations by designing scalable solutions, guiding workshops, and overseeing configuration, testing, and deployment. Act as a trusted advisor to define talent acquisition strategy, manage key solution decisions, and support business development through proposals and presentations. Mentor senior consultants, drive methodology improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Maintain deep expertise in recruiting operations, candidate lifecycle management, and Workday best practices while contributing to practice growth through knowledge sharing and internal training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Active Workday Recruiting Certification
- 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, including multiple end-to-end Workday deployments
- Proven experience leading Workday Recruiting workstreams on medium to large implementations
- Deep functional expertise in talent acquisition processes, recruiting operations, candidate lifecycle management, interview management, offer management, and recruiting best practices
- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including estimations, proposals, and solution presentations
- Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Eligible for SC Clearance - you must have been a UK resident for the last five years and be legally entitled to work in the UK
- Must be willing to travel on-site as needed
