Job Summary

Workday Certified R2R Lead Consultant responsible for end-to-end Workday Record to Report processes within a remote-Canada setting. Lead or support Workday Financials implementations, optimize core accounting functions (General Ledger, journal entries, allocations, period-end close, financial reporting), and deliver solutions through design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and document requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, develop reports and dashboards, support data migration, and provide user training and post-go-live support. Ideal candidate brings strong hands-on Workday Financials R2R expertise and ability to drive finance transformation in partnership with business stakeholders. Nice-to-have: additional Workday modules/tools such as Prism, Accounting Center, or Adaptive Planning; experience with integrations and large-scale finance programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Workday Certification Required
  • Workday Certified in R2R (Record to Report)
  • Experience with Workday Financials R2R processes
  • Knowledge of General Ledger, journal entries, allocations, period-end close, financial reporting
  • Ability to lead or support end-to-end Workday implementations
  • Stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering
  • Data migration and reporting/analytics
  • UAT support and end-user training
