Job Summary
Own the Workday product roadmap and prioritize enhancements based on business needs. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, then translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications. Lead Workday implementation and enhancement projects by coordinating with Workday consultants, developers, and integration teams while ensuring system optimization, upgrades, and release management. Monitor product performance and ensure alignment with business goals, supporting change management, testing, and deployment processes. Requires 8+ years of Workday experience, expertise across multiple modules, and Agile or Scrum environment familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall experience in Workday implementations or product ownership
- Strong experience in Workday Project Management or Product Ownership
- Expertise across multiple Workday modules
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
