Workday Peakon Principal Consultant

Job Summary
Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Peakon Employee Voice solutions by guiding organizations through continuous listening and workforce insights. Conduct workshops and discovery sessions to define engagement strategies, then configure surveys, dashboards, and action planning frameworks. Manage solution decisions and risks across medium to large Workday implementations while partnering with HCM and Employee Experience teams. Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live transitions, alongside pre-sales activities like solutioning and customer presentations. Mentor consultants and analysts through coaching and quality reviews to ensure functional excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Workday implementation experience
- Experience leading Workday Peakon, HCM, Talent, or Employee Experience workstreams on end-to-end implementations
- Strong understanding of employee engagement, employee listening programmes, organisational culture, change management, and workforce experience strategies
- Experience configuring surveys, engagement reporting, dashboards, driver analysis, and action planning processes
- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities including estimations, proposals, and solution presentations
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to mentor team members and provide functional leadership across projects
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Eligible for SC Clearance - you must have been a UK resident for the last five years and be legally entitled to work in the UK
- Must be willing to travel on-site as needed
