Job Summary
Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and manage Workday Human Capital projects supporting client transformation initiatives. Collaborate with clients to understand human resources needs, implement strategic workforce analytics, and lead change management efforts during HR transitions. Utilize Workday Recruiting and Talent Management tools to support acquisition strategies, oversee project budgeting, and engage in benefits administration and employee engagement strategies. Support employee relations investigations and develop HR policies to foster a positive work environment while guiding and mentoring others to deliver quality work.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
- Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
- Managing benefits administration and strategic human resource planning
- Engaging in human resources project management and transformation
- Embracing change and fostering employee engagement strategies
- Applying workforce analytics for informed decision-making
