Job Summary
Workday PATT Consultant to lead requirements gathering, design, data loading via EIBs, configuration and deployment of Workday PATT modules (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking), and collaborate with clients to understand goals, identify gaps, and drive project outcomes. Responsibilities include scoping and documenting requirements, configuring and smoke-testing modules, communicating findings and risks to clients, driving process improvements, and taking ownership of both individual and team outcomes while fostering effective relationships with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in Workday Payroll
- Expertise in at least one of Time Tracking or Absence
- 3-6 years of experience in PATT domain
- Experience with loading data through EIBs
- Advanced or Expert proficiency in Reporting and Security in PATT
