Workday P2P/O2C Lead, Senior Manager

Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery for multi-workstream Workday Financials programmes spanning P2P/O2C, from discovery and design through to deployment and post-go-live assurance. Define solution architecture across Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Customers, Receivables, Billing/Revenue, Tax and Accounting, ensuring a coherent design with Controls and R2R. Lead executive-level workshops, challenge requirements, and translate business objectives into pragmatic Workday designs and delivery plans. Shape data, integration and reporting strategies, set delivery standards, manage RAID, and govern onshore/offshore delivery teams. Drive commercial outcomes including scope, estimates, proposals, and change control while ensuring regulatory and control requirements are embedded. Partner across HR/Financials, Integrations, Prism/Accounting Centre and Adaptive to deliver cross-platform value.

Required Qualifications

  • Finance Transformation Consulting experience leading mid-large sized teams
  • Workday P2P/O2C certified
  • strong credentials across Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Customers, Receivables, Billing/Revenue, Banking & Settlement and Tax
  • demonstrable record of managing people, including onshore and offshore resources
  • ability to quickly build relationships with clients and across the networked organisation
  • ability to gain immediate credibility and adapt style to suit audience
  • passion to invest in others and help them develop in their careers
  • Up to 60% travel
  • Work Visa Sponsorship available

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in end-to-end delivery for multi-workstream Workday Financials programmes spanning P2P/O2C
  • Experience defining solution architecture across Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, Customers, Receivables, Billing/Revenue, Tax and Accounting
  • Experience leading executive-level workshops, challenging requirements, and translating business objectives into pragmatic Workday designs and delivery plans
  • Experience shaping data, integration and reporting strategies (incl. supplier/customer masters, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, settlements, dunning, revenue operations)
  • Experience setting delivery standards, managing RAID, ensuring quality gates, and governing onshore/offshore delivery teams
  • Experience mentoring managers and senior consultants
  • Experience driving commercial outcomes: scope, estimates, proposals and change control
  • Experience supporting proposition development and business development
  • Experience ensuring regulatory, tax and control requirements are embedded (e.g., segregation of duties, audit readiness, e-invoicing/PEPPOL where relevant)
  • Experience partnering across HR/Financials, Integrations, Prism/Accounting Centre and Adaptive to deliver cross-platform value
