Job Summary
Administer Organization, Employee, and Contractor data globally for SBU Europe, France, and North America, creating, updating, and deleting master data while maintaining compliance with Service Level Agreements. Manage HR queries and resolve high-priority ServiceNow incidents through root cause analysis, including complex recruitment cases and exit process exceptions. Develop standards for data storage using relational databases, monitor data quality via Qlik Sense and Workday, and prepare high-impact complex reports. Coordinate global reorganization initiatives, validate structural changes in OrgStudio, and serve as a liaison with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to troubleshoot configuration and data issues. Execute activities per the global Core Model and operational KPIs, proposing solutions to business challenges and implementing best-in-class process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of first-hand experience in HR role
- Experience preferably in an international multicultural environment
- Broad understanding of HR process and activities
- Familiarity with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems like Workday
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
- Graduate or master's degree with HR or business administration

- Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
- Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
- Update country manual, work instructions and SOPs as new cases and information may arise
