Job Summary
Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and governance for the Workday ecosystem, leading configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials. Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions, manage vendor relationships, and oversee integrations with third-party systems. Lead release cycles, regression testing, and security role management while mentoring analysts and administrators. Drive continuous improvement by optimizing processes and monitoring performance metrics to ensure system scalability and compliance. Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to align Workday with critical objectives.
