Job Summary
The Workday Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the Workday Human Capital Management and Financial Management systems within the organization. Key responsibilities include system administration, configuration governance, and performance optimization. The role requires strong leadership skills, as the Workday Manager will supervise a team and lead integration efforts across various business functions. A Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of Workday experience are mandatory, along with specific certifications in Workday Financials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive enterprise-level Workday experience
- Minimum 3 years in supervisor or lead role experience
- Demonstrated advanced expertise in Workday Financials
- Proficiency in data modeling and data architecture concepts
- Experience leading complex workday implementations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, PECI/PICOF, or RaaS
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
