Job Summary
Lead complex Workday Learning implementations by defining scalable solutions, guiding design discussions, and overseeing configuration, testing, and deployment activities. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, providing strategic guidance on learning administration, content management, and skills development while managing key solution decisions and risks. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to align learning processes with business objectives, then mentor consultants and support business development efforts including estimations, proposals, and customer presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and contribute to practice development through methodology improvements and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Active Workday Learning Certification
- 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, including multiple end-to-end Workday deployments
- Proven experience leading Workday Learning workstreams on medium to large implementations
- Deep functional expertise in learning and development processes, learning management systems, and Workday Learning functionality
- Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including estimations, proposals, and solution presentations
- Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and consulting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including engagement with executive-level stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Eligible for SC Clearance - you must have been a UK resident for the last five years and be legally entitled to work in the UK
- Must be willing to travel on-site as needed
