Job Summary
Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities for Workday Human Capital Management projects. Collaborate with clients to understand human resources needs, develop tailored solutions, and interpret data for workforce planning insights. Lead change management efforts during HR transformations while overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation. Mentor junior team members and uphold professional standards to deliver quality work. Navigate complex situations using critical thinking to anticipate team and client needs.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
