Job Summary
Workday Learning Senior Analyst (12-month contract) based in Melbourne or Sydney. Stabilise and optimise the Workday Learning environment post go-live, resolve configuration gaps and data issues, and enhance user experience. Configure and enhance learning programs, governance frameworks, and reporting to meet regulatory and operational requirements. Build internal capability through documentation, coaching and knowledge transfer; develop BAU playbooks and handover materials; collaborate with Learning, People Systems, IT and external Workday partners; monitor Workday releases to improve system efficiency, automation and compliance outcomes. Strong hands-on Workday Learning configuration experience, LMS concepts, metadata, SCORM/xAPI, and cross-functional collaboration are required; degree in HR/Education/IT/Business (desirable) with Workday Pro Learning certification highly regarded.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Learning configuration and administration
- Stabilising or optimising systems post go-live in a complex environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with LMS concepts, metadata, SCORM/xAPI and reporting
- Experience across HRIS/Learning/People Systems in medium to large organisations
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A degree in HR, Education, IT, Business or related discipline (desirable)
- Workday Pro Learning certification highly regarded
