Workday Lead (Finance)

Job Summary
Lead Workday Finance initiatives onsite in New Orleans with a Fridays-optional remote arrangement. Collaborates with SMEs and IT to assess feasibility, capabilities, and problem resolution for current and proposed systems. Coordinates UAT with business units to validate changes and new features before production, and provides hands-on training as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or similar, plus at least 3 years of experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and working across software configuration phases. Proficiency with Workday Finance, SaaS solutions, and PM tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Systems Analysis and requirements gathering
- Experience with MS Azure DevOps Solution, JIRA, Confluence or similar PM tools
- Experience with Workday Finance and SaaS Solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements to solutions and work with technical teams
