Job Summary
Workday Lead focusing on Core HCM and Security. Responsible for day-to-day Workday BAU administration and configuration, including security roles, domains, and policies; lead and support enhancement projects (e.g., Job Architecture design, security redesign, reporting/dashboard optimization, automation, and user experience improvements). Collaborate with HR and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements, assess impacts, and deliver scalable solutions; support Workday releases with impact analysis, testing, and deployment; investigate and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, and user queries; support audits and SOX controls; create and maintain reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and data loads; assist with integrations testing and tenant management; drive continuous improvement to simplify configuration and governance; produce clear documentation. This role operates across BAU and enhancement delivery within a global Workday environment and requires strong stakeholder management and a passion for improving system efficiency and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Workday experience
- Hands-on Workday BAU administration and configuration
- Strong Core HCM knowledge
- Workday Security governance and roles
- Experience delivering Workday enhancement projects
- Experience supporting Workday releases and testing
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across BAU and project delivery
- SOX controls and audit-related knowledge
- Documentation and process-improvement mindset
