Job Summary
Workday Lead Analyst role overseeing Workday HRIS/HCM environment: supervise and mentor Workday analysts, manage day-to-day support and maintenance of Workday modules, coordinate updates, testing, and release management; oversee security design/administration, reporting, and complex configurations; identify opportunities to automate and improve data integrity; partner with stakeholders, vendors, and IT to troubleshoot issues and support business processes; responsible for project participation and ensuring service levels are met while driving improvements in Workday functionality and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree (or non-US equivalent) preferred and/or equivalent related work experience in HR and/or IT
- 4+ years of Workday configuration, administration, and support experience
- Experience with Workday reporting, EIBs, integrations, and configuration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Time Off, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Finance, or Adaptive Planning
