Workday Integrations Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

Job Summary

Design, build, test, and troubleshoot Workday integrations for international payroll processing, supporting core Workday configuration for third-party payroll tools like PECI, PICOF, and Supplemental Integrations. Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors such as BDO to gather requirements, resolve issues, and validate interfaces ensuring accurate data transmission. Create and maintain technical documentation including flow charts and mapping documents while managing secure file transfers and supporting testing cycles, parallel runs, and post-go-live stabilization. Collaborate with a distributed international team across multiple time zones to ensure compliance and data quality. This fixed-term contract supports an 18-month international payroll project within Broadridge's global technology platform.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Integrations, especially PECI, PICOF, Supplemental Integrations, and EIB
  • Experience supporting payroll integrations
  • Understanding of core Workday setup/configuration required to enable integrations
  • Familiarity with BDO implementation or external payroll vendor integrations
  • Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
  • Strong documentation, testing and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
