Job Summary
Workday Integrations Consultant- Post-Deployment responsible for building and strengthening relationships with a global customer base and providing post-go-live integration support. You will handle tickets, resolve issues, and develop new integration solutions under a lead consultant, collaborating within a large team of experienced integration consultants. You’ll deliver high-quality Workday integration solutions, engage with customers to understand needs, and drive improvements in tools and processes. Key skills include Workday Integrations certification, XML/XPath/XSLT, experience with development, testing, and post go-live support, strong consulting and presentation abilities, and knowledge of cloud computing and web services. The role emphasizes customer outcomes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a flexible, work-from-home environment with a diverse, inclusive team.
Required Qualifications
- Workday Integrations Certified
- minimum 3 years experience
- excellent customer focus
- ability to assess customer needs
- build relationships and manage customer expectations
- ability to resolve customer issues
- proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT
- knowledge of object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE)
- good understanding of cloud computing, web services and integration challenges
