Job Summary
The Workday Integration Senior Associate will lead teams in interpreting client needs and guide junior resources in translating these into digital solutions on HR cloud platforms. Responsibilities include providing best practices for process streams and coordinating junior resource activities while supporting senior team members in monitoring project timelines. Strong knowledge of HR processes, experience with HR technology, and tools such as Workday and SAP are crucial, alongside effective communication and team collaboration skills. A Bachelor's degree in relevant fields is required.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent scientific disciplines
- Experience in HR Technology
- Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of major tools in HR and HR Analytics
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in similar roles, preferably in consulting firms
- Knowledge of HR systems beyond those mentioned (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.)
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
