Job Summary
Develop and implement Workday integration solutions using Workday Studio and Extend to support client needs and enhance system performance. Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications while conducting process optimization initiatives. Leverage Workday Prism Analytics for data analysis, reporting, and strategic technology planning to align solutions with client objectives. Analyze complex data sets to drive business outcomes and provide guidance on Workday projects and reporting capabilities. Mentor junior team members and foster innovation within diverse projects within the Application Evolution Services - Workday practice.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting
- Utilizing strategic technology planning for business transformation
