Job Summary
Lead Workday solution integration to support client business transformation by utilizing Workday Studio and Workday Extend for custom development. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design integration strategies, and apply analytical thinking to optimize HCM and Prism Analytics processes. Manage Workday Projects to deliver timely solutions while conducting process improvements for reporting and analytics. Provide client support by addressing technical challenges and offering strategic technology planning, actively listening to feedback to refine approaches. Foster a culture of innovation within the team and promote inclusion to achieve project goals.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics for data-driven insights
- Developing strategic technology plans for business transformation
