Job Summary
Lead Workday integration implementation life cycles, including planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, and post-production support. Collaborate with internal and client teams to execute complex design documents, end-user training, business process modifications, and script development testing. Manage offshore and global delivery models while coordinating resources across time zones. Support Workday HCM, Financials, and SCM implementations with hands-on expertise in Workday Studio, Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, and Prism Analytics. Requires 4+ years of Workday integration experience and up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 4 plus years of Workday integration experience
- 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Connectors
- Hands-on experience with EIBs
- Hands-on experience with Prism Analytics
- Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer
- Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders
- Experience working within an offshore / global delivery model, coordinating with onshore and offshore resources
