Job Summary
Workday Integration Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Workday and enterprise systems using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, and Workday APIs. Key duties include building inbound/outbound integrations with payroll, IT provisioning, finance, and analytics systems; implementing XSLT transformations; ensuring reliable operations with robust error handling, retry, and notification strategies; configuring security and tenant settings; creating calculated fields and custom reports; supporting Workday business processes, tenant refresh planning, and regression testing; maintaining comprehensive technical documentation; and collaborating with HR, payroll, IT, and finance stakeholders to translate business needs into robust integration designs. Required technical expertise includes REST/SOAP APIs, Workday data model, security patterns (ISU/ISSG), and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. The role is 100% remote within the continental United States, offering full-time W2 employment with no third-party vendors, and requires successful completion of a technical coding assessment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of Workday integration development experience.
- Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
- Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
