Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, and SSIS to ensure seamless data flow across internal and third-party systems. Gather requirements, document technical designs, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. Maintain Accounting Center integrations, review test cases, and support user acceptance testing while leading complex implementations and incident management. Ensure data accuracy, security compliance, and adherence to defined development best practices. Occasional evening and weekend work required; hybrid or full-time telecommuting available with secure home office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience
- 5+ years of experience in interface architecture
- Proficient in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Technology and OCM
- Extensive Workday Report Writing - Custom Reporting skills
- Skilled in designing, developing, and troubleshooting inbound / outbound integrations
- Workday Integrations Certification preferred
- Familiar with SQL / RDBMS and SharePoint
- Familiar with Enterprise Integration Middleware (ESBs / ETL) preferred
- Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines
- This position may require some travel to attend certain meetings or team events
- Hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Telecommuting or Hybrid must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot)
- Cable or fiber connections are preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Integrations Certification preferred
- Familiar with Enterprise Integration Middleware (ESBs / ETL) preferred
