Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations for HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems using Core Connectors, CCB, EIB, Workday Studio, and PECI/PICOF. Analyze requirements, design inbound/outbound integrations, and handle transformations such as XSLT while developing solutions via APIs, RaaS, and custom reports. Troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and perform unit, SIT, and UAT testing. Collaborate with stakeholders, document designs, and follow Workday best practices to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. This role is located in Pune, India, and requires 3–8 years of hands-on Workday experience with expertise in Workday data models, XML/XSLT, and APIs.
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience
- Expertise in: Core Connectors (including CCW), CCB, EIB, Workday Studio, PECI/PICOF
- Strong knowledge of Workday data models, security, XML/XSLT, APIs, and RaaS
- Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Integration certification preferred
