- Conoscenza dei principali tool di mercato in area HR ed HR Analytics (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday HCM, Microsoft Viva/Power Platform, SAP CPI, SAP BTP, Workday Studio, etc.)
- Conoscenza dei principali processi HR
