Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced Workday HRIS Administrator to lead the design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform. Responsibilities include serving as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, partnering with HR and IT to align capabilities with organizational goals, managing system governance and roadmap planning, implementing advanced configurations, and ensuring data integrity across modules. Ideal candidates should have extensive Workday HCM experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
- At least 3 years in a senior or lead HRIS administrator roles
- Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday modules
- Experience working in a global HR environment with complex organizational structures
- Expertise in Workday business process configuration, calculated fields, EIBs, and security roles
- Strong reporting skills using Workday Report Writer
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience in automation and AI tools
Desired Qualifications
- Workday Pro or Workday Certification in one or more modules
- Experience with Workday Extend or Workday People Analytics
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
- Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and integration tools
