Job Summary
Lead goal-achieving solutions by collaborating with client senior leaders to design and implement strategies that exceed engagement objectives. Construct enduring relationships with senior-level, financially literate executives to sell additional project work and establish credibility through expertise and professionalism. Manage multiple projects of varying scale and duration while driving physician, patient, and employee engagement across the enterprise. Train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions. Travel up to 50% of the time. This Senior Director role empowers clients to build innovation capabilities and accelerate growth initiatives within rapidly changing healthcare environments.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations
- Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to establish credibility in the eyes of senior-level, financially literate client executives on the basis of expertise, maturity, and professionalism
- Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications
- Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
