Job Summary
Analyze training needs and design specifications for Workday HCM solutions, including target audiences, learning objectives, and delivery methodologies. Develop instructional materials, structure content activities, and assess curriculums to ensure objectives are met. Apply evaluation methodologies to measure learner performance and recommend course improvements. Support the development of training strategies and implementation documents for federal and DoD clients. Requires a Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph, five years of training experience, and proficiency in instructional design tools. Salary ranges from $113,000 to $188,000.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to Obtain Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET/SCI with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph security clearance
- Candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding
- Bachelor's degree
- FIVE (5) or more years of experience developing and delivering training utilizing various modalities
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with an ACTIVE TOP SECRET or higher-level clearance are preferred
- Proficiency in using instructional design methods and development tools (i.e., Articulate, Captivate, Storyline, or similar software)
- Prior Workday experience as subject matter expert and/or consultant
- Ability to develop and cultivate relationships with internal team, clients, and other partners
- Excellent written, verbal communication and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP implementations like Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, or similar applications
- Experience working in Federal Government HCM environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today
- Experience working with Department of War and/or Intelligence Community customers
