Job Summary
Lead and deliver Human Capital Management projects by providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, partnering with clients to understand pain points, and prioritizing requirements to improve processes. Architect Workday HCM and Compensation solutions to ensure cohesive work streams while managing configuration activities for enhancements and new functionality. Lead functional projects and mentor a small team of functional analysts. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. This role leverages strong project management skills and deep analytical capabilities to drive efficiency across cross-functional impacts.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with HCM systems
- 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including HCM touch points Core and Advanced Compensation
- 3+ years of experience with project management
- 2+ years of experience with people management
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Bachelor's degree
- U.S. citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of touch points with Security, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent
- Ability to work well in structured and unstructured environments, under pressure, and with changing priorities
- Possession of excellent consultative, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
