Workday HCM Solution Architect

Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for the enterprise Workday platform across global markets, defining architectural standards and governance while driving platform scalability, automation, and future-state roadmaps. Provide strategic guidance on Workday capabilities, manage large-scale implementations and integrations, ensure governance, security, and compliance, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence HR technology strategy. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of HR/Workday experience; candidate should have strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and global delivery capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR technology, enterprise applications, or Workday architecture roles
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Workday implementations within large multinational organizations
- Strong expertise across Workday modules: HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Compensation, Learning, Absence, Payroll, Security, Integrations
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Prism, and middleware integrations
- Strong enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and systems integration knowledge
- Experience working in regulated industries such as insurance, banking, or financial services preferred
- Strong communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills
