Job Summary
Leads large-scale Workday HCM implementation projects for multinational clients, directing multidisciplinary teams and translating business strategies into cloud-based HCM approaches. Advises on innovative solutions including Workday AI (Sana, Pardox, HiredScore) and AI-driven HR analytics to optimize HR processes, user experience, and operational efficiency. Guides culture, talent development, recruitment, and tool/methodology development; promotes adoption of HR technology and Workday AI to improve employee experience and client outcomes. Requires a minimum of 6 years of Workday HCM implementation experience, strong client relationship management, and extensive knowledge across Workday HCM modules. Excellent Dutch and English communication skills; capable of coaching others and driving large-scale HCM initiatives for multinational customers.
