Job Summary
Senior Consultant to join Protiviti's People & Change team focusing on Workday HCM implementations. You will mentor, train, and coach staff, facilitate project work plans, identify risk and opportunities to improve efficiency, and manage aspects of project scope, staffing, deliverables, and methodologies. The role emphasizes translating business requirements into Workday configurations across modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and Employee Help, as well as supporting data migration, test scripting, and client-ready documentation. You will build client relationships, stay current on Workday releases, and contribute to a diverse portfolio of engagements with a strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and delivering value in HR technology projects. Educational and professional qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant Workday experience, with a preference for additional certifications (Workday Pro, PHR/SPHR/SHRM, PMP). The role supports a hybrid workplace with a mix of in-person and remote work, with travel to client sites as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years working in Workday HCM implementation, Human Capital Consulting, Human Resources Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on configuration experience in one or more Workday HCM modules
- Workday Pro Certification in one or more modules preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Visio and Access a plus
