Workday HCM Consultant

Experienced Workday HCM Consultant responsible for guiding clients through Workday HCM implementations, advising on HR processes, translating client needs into system configurations, and ensuring a successful go-live. Involves designing, improving and testing HR processes, conducting client workshops, and guiding clients through project phases. Collaborates with colleagues and clients both on-site and remotely in a fast-paced, international, customer-focused team. Responsibilities include advising on HR strategy and system configuration, configuring Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent), leading workshops and testing phases, supporting data conversion and integrations, and contributing to project and change management. Requirements include a relevant WO-level degree, at least 2 years of Workday HCM or similar system experience, Workday certification (or willingness to obtain), knowledge of HR processes and digital transformation, and strong Dutch and English communication skills.
