Workday HCM Consultant

Job Summary
As an experienced Workday Consultant, you will guide clients in implementing Workday HCM, advising on HR processes, translating client needs into system configurations, and ensuring successful go-lives. Your responsibilities include configuring Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruitment, and Talent; leading workshops and test phases; supporting data conversion and integrations; and contributing to project and change management. You should be analytical, strong in communication, and passionate about HR technology.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Workday HCM or similar systems
- Relevant WO degree, specialization in HR is preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Workday certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of HR processes and digital transformation
- Experience with configuration and implementation of SaaS solutions
- Excellent social and communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
