Job Summary
Lead Workday HCM implementations for enterprise clients, configuring Workday HCM solutions, and guiding projects through the full delivery lifecycle. Build and manage relationships with customers, shape and deliver fit-for-purpose, commercially viable Workday solutions, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to sales support with estimates. Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to operate in a remote-working environment while rotating through Workday delivery services and potentially traveling to client sites within the region as needed.
