Job Summary
Consultant role supporting Workday HR Transformation delivery across a multinational environment. Participate in development and updates of documentation, assist in data discovery and client workshops, and contribute to the implementation of Workday HR Transformation processes with guidance from SMEs. Collaborate with analysts and SMEs, mentor junior team members, and deliver tasks efficiently within a flexible work-from-home arrangement. Strong in business analysis, Workday administration concepts (HCM, Compensation, Absence), and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; English language skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business or financial discipline or relevant field of study
- Workday Certification is nice to have
- Previous Workday experience from an administrator perspective (HCM, Compensation, Absence)
- Strong in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Good presentations skills
- Adaptable, agile, pro active and quick to adjust to customer needs
- Team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Strong English skills
- Participation in development and maintenance of documentation and processes
- Support in data discovery and client workshops
- Partial ownership of topics in a workstream
- Collaborate with SMEs for workshops
- Mentor junior team members
- Flexible working hours/work from home
