Workday HCM Consultant

Workday HCM Consultant will bridge business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems and guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday project. Responsibilities include becoming a Workday product expert in design, configuration, testing and implementation; recommending solutions based on client requirements, budget and timeframe; tracking issues and risks and escalating concerns; guiding facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions; supporting the client through all project phases from legacy to Workday HCM; delivering multiple tasks with limited direction while keeping stakeholders informed; potentially assuming a leadership role on projects or delivery roles; hands-on expertise with the software including iLoading client data, moving configuration, and configuring business processes and security; converting and mapping data sources into data conversion templates via iLoads; mentoring fellow consultants and analysts; participating in update training and sharing skills with others; Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2-5 years of relevant Workday/ERP/SaaS experience; strong emphasis on client engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
