Job Summary
Deliver Workday Human Capital Management solutions by applying structured change management approaches to create and implement strategies and communications. Draft communication materials, facilitate sponsor and stakeholder meetings, and develop change management deliverables specific to Workday implementations. Support the development of adoption strategies and communication plans while measuring the effectiveness of change activities. Prepare for and lead internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefings to align people, processes, and technology. Obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance with a polygraph prior to onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to Obtain Top Secret SCI with Polygraph
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI) with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph security clearance
- Candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) or more years of change management experience in ERP implementation
Desired Qualifications
- Prior Workday experience as subject matter expert and/or consultant
- Prosci, CCMP or other similar Change Management certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Strong writing, communication and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to develop and cultivate relationships with internal team, clients, and other partners
- Experience working in Federal Government Human Capital Management (HCM) environments with an understanding of the issues facing agencies today
- Familiarity or experience working with Department of War and/or Intelligence Community customers
- Candidates with an ACTIVE 'TOP SECRET' or higher-level clearance
