Job Summary
Lead HRIS Workday configuration for Global Payroll by collaborating with Product Managers to develop and deliver solutions based on requirements. Configure and implement business process enhancements, manage Global Payroll updates, and lead functional and regression testing for releases. Perform fit/gap analysis to drive continuous improvement, design advanced support processes, and establish robust data pipelines. Train team members, resolve incidents to minimize downtime, and optimize processes for secure, compliant, and reliable software releases within an agile Scrum environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience working on configurations and support of the Workday platform.
- Proven experience in configuration, leading and supporting Workday for Global Payroll.
- Experience with an agile/scrum environment.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
- Able to work well independently and under pressure.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity; ability to exercise appropriate judgment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Object Transporter and Kainos desired.
