Job Summary
Support and configure Workday modules across HCM and Finance, including Core, Financial Management, custom reports, and business process eligibility rules. Assist senior consultants in gathering business requirements, executing unit and UAT testing, and troubleshooting production issues within AMS engagements. Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials while collaborating with technical teams on data loads and system integrations. Participate in client calls, status meetings, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure delivery best practices. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world client environments for professionals seeking to deepen functional expertise and grow into a trusted Workday advisor.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or Workday Analyst
- Practical exposure to at least 1–2 Workday modules
- Workday Business Process Framework
- Functional configuration concepts
- Security basics and reporting fundamentals
- Experience supporting production environments or AMS engagements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow into advanced Workday roles
