Job Summary
Deliver functional solutions across Workday modules including Talent & Performance Management, Recruitment, Payroll, and Prisma Analytics. Lead end-to-end Workday implementations in multiple projects while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Requires minimum 6+ years of experience in Workday Functional with hands-on expertise in HR processes and at least two completed implementations. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities. This role is available for walk-in interviews in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Pune, and Mumbai. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Workday Functional
- End-to-end Workday implementation experience in at least 2 projects
- Strong understanding of HR processes with hands-on experience in 2 or more Workday functional projects
- Exposure to any industry domain
