Workday Functional Analyst

Job Summary
Design, configure, and maintain Workday HCM and enterprise applications while analyzing business requirements for system enhancements and workflow improvements. Lead feature release deployments, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop alternative solutions when system limitations exist. Coordinate end-user communications, create training documentation, and support implementations, upgrades, and deadline-driven projects including occasional after-hours or weekend coverage. Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and stakeholders to optimize systems and promote exceptional customer service for internal healthcare operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Experience supporting Workday HCM or comparable Human Capital Management systems
- Strong understanding of system configuration, workflow design, testing, implementation, and application support
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and applications
