Workday Functional Analyst (Recruiting Module)

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of Workday Recruiting, including discovery, design, configuration, and UAT. Own Business Process design to ensure lean, automated workflows and configure complex features like Workday Docs and Candidate Self-Service portals. Act as the primary on-site technical consultant to translate recruiter needs into functional logic, while identifying and implementing AI-driven tools for candidate screening and scheduling. Conduct regular audits of AI algorithms for compliance and bias-mitigation, and deliver on-site training workshops to drive system adoption. Create high-quality documentation and video tutorials tailored to the specific Workday tenant. Partner with TA leadership to define and track success metrics such as time-to-shortlist reduction and recruiter capacity increase. This on-site role requires 2+ years of Workday Recruiting experience and proficiency in advanced technical toolkits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience
- at least two full-lifecycle implementations of the Recruiting module
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML tools within a recruitment workflow (e.g., chatbots, automated screening, or predictive analytics)
- You understand the 'why' behind the 'how'
- You know how high-volume and executive recruiting differ and can build systems to support both
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields
- Advanced proficiency in EIBs
- Advanced proficiency in Report Writer
- Advanced proficiency in Security Groups
- Proven ability to lead projects on-site, managing stakeholders from C-suite to entry-level recruiters
- Can start ASAP or within 30 days
- 3-4x a week on-site in our Core Metro Office
- Flexible day to mid shift schedule
