Job Summary
Manage end-to-end project implementations for Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings while collaborating with clients to drive strategic growth and operational transformation. Specialize in specific enterprise software areas to deliver technology solutions that align with client goals, utilizing 5-7 years of related experience in cloud implementations. Train and mentor junior staff on project management and technical dimensions to foster a culture of collaboration and personal achievement. Travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal project teams. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree and excellent communication skills to establish relationships of trust.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
- End-to-end project implementation experience in one or more of the following areas: Cloud ERP, EPM, or CRM offerings
- Experience as a functional application specialist
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written – and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions
- Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
