Job Summary
Workday Financials Analyst responsible for managing and enhancing the Workday Financials environment, ensuring data integrity and accounting compliance. Responsibilities include audits, collaborating with Workday SMEs to drive process improvements, providing training and support to the business, developing SOPs for financial systems, configuring and validating Workday processes, designing and optimizing configurations, and supporting Workday releases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field
- Strong experience of owning & configuring Workday Financials (Revenue, Accounting, Spend & Tax)
- Workday Financials certifications (desirable)
- Ability to design custom reports, calculated fields, condition rules
- Experience with maintaining Workday tenant security across functional areas
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Self-starter with initiative
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and prepare reports
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
