Workday Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

Support Workday Financials as the central ERP system across multiple companies and geographies by configuring financial dimensions, posting rules, and business logic. Provide first-level system support for accounting operations and period-end activities while driving system and process improvements, including automation initiatives. Coordinate global feature rollouts and finance projects with internal and external stakeholders, train finance teams, and maintain clear process documentation. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role involves collaborating with Finance, IT, and external partners to standardize finance processes across Europe and Canada. Fluent German and English are required, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
