Job Summary
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze complex business requirements for Workday Finance and Professional Services Automation solutions. Design and configure Workday modules, specifically aligning project accounting structures with core financial reporting to streamline revenue recognition and billing. Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, maintaining clear communication while developing comprehensive documentation and conducting targeted training for end-users. Requires 3–8+ years of experience with Workday Finance and mandatory PSA certification.
Required Qualifications
- 3–8+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Finance Functional Consultant
- Proven, direct experience implementing and configuring Workday PSA (Projects/Project Billing)
- Must possess at least one active Workday Finance core certification (e.g., Workday Financials Core)
- Deep understanding of financial processes, project accounting, and best practices in Workday Finance, including General Ledger and Financial Reporting
- Expertise in configuring complex business processes, custom organizations, and advanced financial reports
