Job Summary
Manage Workday Extend projects to support client business transformation initiatives by utilizing Workday HCM and Integration tools to streamline processes. Develop strategic technology plans for Workday Prism Analytics and design automation solutions using Workday Studio while analyzing complex data sets for optimization. Navigate situations to foster innovation within client engagements and guide junior team members in analytical thinking. Build meaningful client relationships to anticipate needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Extend and Workday Studio
